Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Amaani Car Care app ("the app") does with your information. The app belongs to Amaani Car Care, a car wash and car care shop in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. It was built by Zagros Glory.

1. Your account

You do not sign up in the app. The shop makes your account when your car first comes in, and you sign in with your phone number and the code the shop sends you. You can also look around as a guest: a guest sees demo data and nothing about the guest is saved.

2. What information we keep

• Your name, nickname and phone number.
• Your cars: brand, model, plate number, colour, size and a photo of the car.
• Your washes: date, service, price and status (waiting, washing, ready, delivered).
• Your memberships and paint protection (PPF) jobs, with the amounts paid.
• Your store orders: the products, your delivery address and your note.
• A notification token from Apple and your app language, so we can tell you when your car is ready and send you shop news.

3. How we use it

Only to give you the service: to show your car's status, your washes and memberships, to handle your store orders and to send you notifications. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The app has no advertising or analytics tools.

4. Who we share it with

• Apple, only to deliver notifications to your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• WhatsApp, when the shop sends you your sign-in code or a message about your car.

We share it with nobody else. Shop staff see your information only to serve you and your car.

5. Where it is kept

On Amaani's own server. The app and the server always talk over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your sign-in is saved on your iPhone so you stay signed in, and it is removed when you sign out or delete your account.

6. Location, camera and contacts

The app does not collect your location, photos, camera or contacts. The "Directions" button only opens Apple Maps on your phone.

7. How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep your information while you are a customer. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your app account and your notification token at once. You can also ask us (see Contact) and we will delete it within 2 days. The shop keeps only the records of washes and payments it needs for its own accounts. See Delete account.

8. Children

The app is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information about them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
